Read the ODO-Pass mileage timeline
RPZV describes ODO-Pass as an extract of recorded odometer observations, predominantly from Slovakia. Assess the dates, sources and gaps. A long gap between entries needs supporting documents rather than an assumption of normal usage.
Verify a supplied pass
The registry provides online verification for an existing ODO-Pass using the required document details. Compare the returned document with the seller’s copy. Verification checks the document; it does not convert missing history into proof of an undamaged car.
Choose the extract for the question
RPZV distinguishes ODO-Pass from AUTO-Pass and related information products. Review the current sample and scope before buying. For an imported vehicle, request the original foreign history as well as the Slovak registration and originality-inspection evidence.
Limits to keep in mind
- Fees, fields and coverage depend on the chosen product and vehicle.
- Recorded readings and a valid pass do not guarantee actual total mileage.
Commercial reports and an independent inspection
Compare a provider’s coverage with the periods and countries missing from your documents. A commercial report may add evidence, but it does not replace an official check where one is needed or an inspection of the actual vehicle. Read provider reviews before choosing.
